1st Go Bing Webmaster Toolbox and click on “Add to Webmaster Tools Sign”. And then on “Sign In” to your Hotmail / Live account. If you have one, just “Sign Up”.

2nd Now, click on “Add Site”, to appear after a new pop-ups. Add your URL to submit and Bing.
